How do I return my duvet?
Email us with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label.
Once you've dropped it off and it reaches us, we'll process your refund.
Does it cost to return?
No. We'll cover the return label, so there's nothing for you to pay.
How long does my refund take?
Once your refund has been processed, it should appear within 1-4 working days, depending on your bank or payment method.
Do we ship internationally?
Not at the moment.
We currently deliver within the UK only. For international trade orders, send us an email on hello@wearelarke.com
Do you offer same-day delivery?
If you're within London and order before 4pm, we can deliver your duvet that same day. Standard UK delivery takes 1-3 working days.
